Delivery and Refund Policy

If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at support@thetarotbeyond.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If possible, include photos of the damage to expedite the resolution process.

In the case of a damaged or faulty product, we will inform you whether a return is necessary or if providing photographic evidence will suffice.

For international orders, refunds will be issued instead of product replacements.

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to support@thetarotbeyond.com. Attach a photo of the incorrect product as a reference. We will provide further instructions and promptly arrange for a replacement.

According to applicable laws in the European Union and similar regulations in other countries:

  1. Digital Products:

    • Customers are not entitled to returns or refunds for digital files after purchase if the download has begun or access has been granted.
    • In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) in the EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered in a non-material format if the customer has given prior consent to the service commencing and acknowledged waiving the right to withdraw.

Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

If you wish to return an unwanted product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to support@thetarotbeyond.com.

  • Products must be:

    • In their original packaging and condition.
    • Sent to the address provided by our team, along with your order number.
  • Please note:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@thetarotbeyond.com.

  • Timeframes for Reporting Non-Delivery:
    • UK: 7 business days after the dispatch date.
    • Europe: 10 business days after the dispatch date.
    • Rest of the World: 15 business days after the dispatch date.

We will confirm the issue and arrange for a replacement shipment. The cost of re-shipping will be covered by us.

If you have changed your mind about a product, please notify us within 7 days of the order's dispatch date by emailing support@thetarotbeyond.com.

Products must:

  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Include the order number and customer name clearly marked on the packaging.

Return Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued for the value of the product(s).
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable.

Currently, sales are limited to the UK, but we are working on expanding to other countries.
